Refund policy
We have a 3 day return policy, (store credit only) which means you have 3 days after receiving your item (to date) to have the item back in the mail after receiving shipping address via email
Buyer pays shipping. This is for all returns/ exchanges and store credit. Please email for shipping address. If you do not send back, you forfeit your return.

preorders are in description, please read turn around times!!*** we don’t not cancel refund for a simple change of mind if orders are not shipped and the description of a preorder was not acknowledged

STORE credir ONLY on all orders, we do NOT cancel orders once placed- unless you want store credit! Orders being processing the moment order is placed! we do not cover shipping for exchanges
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, even if it is damaged it must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

For all returns emails must be sent. You must include an order number with your email so we can look up and finalize your store credit.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right with a replacement
*DAMAGED ITEMS - DO NOT ATTEMPT TO FIX OR MANIPULATE THE ITEM IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM. WE WILL NOT TAKE BACK THIS ITEM AFTER ITS BEEN MANIPULATED. MUST BE SENT BACK IM ORIGINAL CONDITION.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), preorders and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
USPS LOST ITEMS
Once in the hands of USPS, our boutique has absolutely no control. When ordering from us you accept an understand that packages can be lost at any time. Claims will have to be filed with the post office that the package was sent out of. You are subjected to a refund after the USPS claim goes through for the amount that USPS gives. (Usually up to 100$) The rest will be offered at store credit
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
